Before registering for HP MBBS admission 2025, aspirants must go through the eligibility conditions specified by the authority to check whether they are eligible or not. Check out the basic eligibility conditions below.

• Candidates must be 17 years old as of December 31, 2025.

• One should be a bonafide resident of the state to be eligible for HP MBBS 2025 admission under 85% state quota seats.

• However, for admission under management quota seats, candidates from any state can apply.

• Bonafide residents of Himachal Pradesh whose parents have shifted outside the state for All India Services can also fill HP state NEET application form 2025.

• Aspirants who have passed/appeared in the Class 12 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as the main subjects can apply for admission. NIOS students can also register themselves.

• In the qualifying examination, general category students must secure at least 50%, while for reserved categories it is 40%

• It is important to secure the NEET cutoff percentile and scores to pass the entrance exam as mentioned below.

How to fill the HP NEET Application Form 2025?

Step 1 - HP NEET registration 2025

• The first step to fill out the application form for HP MBBS 2025 is registration.

• For the registration process, aspirants need to click on the link available here.

• The instructions will be mentioned on the screen, which must be read carefully. Click on ‘proceed’ to fill HP MBBS/BDS application form 2025.

• After clicking on proceed, candidates need to fill in their NEET 2025 details such as scores, application form number, name, and date of birth.

• After the submission of details, the unique registration number and password will be sent to the registered mobile number and email ID.

Step 2 - Filling the HP NEET 2025 application form

In this step, aspirants have to enter the following qualification details and upload images in the space provided by the authority.

Academic details:

• NEET admit card

• NEET result 2025 details

• All India Merit Rank

• Details of Class 12 qualifying examination

• Subject-wise marks in the qualifying exam or equivalent exam

Step 3 - Payment of HP NEET application fees

After the successful submission of the application form, aspirants must deposit the requisite amount of HP MBBS/BDS registration fees. The amount and modes of payment have been provided in the table below.

Step 4 - Submission of application form for HP MBBS 2025

After the payment, aspirants have to submit the HP NEET Application Form 2025 by clicking on the final submit button. Before the final submission, the system will advise them to cross-check the details filled, as some of the fields cannot be edited thereafter. It is essential to finally submit the application form, as without that, it will not be submitted.

Step 5 - Printout of the confirmation page

HP NEET application form 2025 will be submitted successfully and the confirmation page will be displayed on the screen. Candidates are advised to verify the details printed on it and take at least 2-3 printouts of the confirmation page, which can be used during the admission process.

Candidates must take note that based on the details filled in the application form, the authority will prepare and release the HP MBBS merit list 2025 in PDF format. Such aspirants included in the merit list will be considered eligible to be called for the HP MBBS counselling process.
